  • Location data: approximate and precise location collected with consent for location sharing, safety alerts, and geofencing features.

  • Contact and family circle data: phone numbers and names of family members or caregivers you invite to use the app.
  • Photos and optional content: photos uploaded to a profile, and any notes or messages shared in the app.
  • Device and usage data: push notification tokens, device type, operating system, crash logs, and similar technical data.

3. Why we collect it (purpose)

  • To provide family safety and location-sharing features for users and their authorised contacts.
  • To allow family members and caregivers to coordinate care and receive alerts.
  • To verify family/group caregiver relationships and manage accounts.
  • To diagnose errors and improve reliability of the app.

4. Who we share data with

Personal data is shared only with the people you choose to connect with in the app (such as family members and caregivers) and with the service providers we use to operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting, push notification, and analytics services). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we must retain it for legal or security reasons.
